These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the MagicSplasyia store.
1. Seller identification

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs illustrate the products without contractual value regarding color shades.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.
4. Order and payment
Payment is made online, securely, at the time of order. The order is confirmed by e-mail.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Our commercial "satisfied or refunded within 7 days" guarantee is in addition to this legal right; its terms are described on the Refund page.
7. Legal guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
8. Safety and use
MagicSplasyia is a toy intended for children aged 3 and over, to be used under adult supervision.
